JOB REQUIREMENTS:
?Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports including analyse, review and verification of the accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, journal processing, budget variance analysis, and any other reporting requirements;
?Preparation of statutory reports and providing an analytical review of financial performance
?Collaboration with Building Manager(s), Building Executive(s) and clients' incoming queries and requests in a timely and efficient manner so as to ensure the expectations are met/exceeded.
?Actively engage with clients both internally and externally to understand their business requirements and direct team efforts with Top Management to ensure the service delivery is focused on maximizing value to the client
?Assist the client and Building Manager upon the acquisition or disposal of assets within the allocated portfolio
?Attending AGMs and other meetings with clients as required
? Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax consultants, and authorities.
?Ensuring the systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies, acceptable accounting practices, and applicable regulations.
?Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Finance & Accounts Department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
