- Account Management: Maintain and verify various accounts, while supervising subordinates on daily operations.
-Prepare monthly, cashflow report and bank reconciliation.
-Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
-Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
-Oversee accounting activities - ensuring consistency and accuracy.
-Preparation of budgets and forecasts by providing necessary financial data and analysis.
-Monitor, collect, and report on toilet and mineral water collections by the 7th of each month.
-Maintain an organized and proper filing system for all office documents.
-Prepare utility monitoring reports (TNB & Air Selangor) and apply surcharges to vendors who exceed permitted usage levels.
-Verify manual payments (food trucks, cabins, canopies, car boot sales) with the company's online banking records daily.
-Prepare a monthly rental performance report for food truck lots, cabins, and car boot sales by the 7th of each month.
