Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
Process invoices, staff claims, petty cash, and company expenses.
Prepare monthly closing and financial reports.
Prepare payment vouchers, online banking transactions, cheque issuance.
Perform bank reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit/tax purposes.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF/SOCSO/PCB/SST).
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
Assist in cash flow monitoring and budget planning.
Prepare and analyze monthly P&L, cost reports, and financial data.
Support management with financial insights for decision-making.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).
Detail-oriented, organized, responsible and able to work under deadlines.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written preferred)
