. The ideal candidate will support accounting operations and ensure accurate financial tracking related to trade promotions, distributors, and sales activities within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
full set of accounts
including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Prepare
monthly financial and management reports
in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
Process and verify
trade claims, discounts, and promotional expenses
from distributors and key accounts.
Reconcile
distributor and customer accounts
to ensure accurate billing and collection.
Monitor and control
marketing and trade spending
to align with approved budgets.
Assist in
inventory and cost analysis
related to sales and marketing activities.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties for statutory compliance and audit matters.
Support any
ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks
assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field
.
Minimum
1-2 years of working experience
, preferably in the
FMCG industry
.
Familiar with accounting software.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Good knowledge of trade promotion accounting and claims validation will be an advantage.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
