What will be your responsibilities?

Job Summary:

The Accountant Executive is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company's financial operations. This role involves preparing reports, handling accounts payable/receivable, and assisting with audits and tax submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment processing. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with SST, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies when required. Support implementation of e-Invoicing and other digital finance initiatives.

This is the profile we are looking for

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SQL, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
