Prepare monthly management reports & financial statements
Monitor and manage company budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
Ensure
compliance with SST regulations
and
handle SST submissions
Generate and manage e-Invoices
according to current LHDN guidelines
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other authorities
System:
Proficient in
AutoCount Accounting System
(MUST)
Ensure smooth system entries, backups, and basic troubleshooting
Human Resources:
Handle
basic HR tasks
such as payroll, staff claims, EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions
Maintain employee records, leave management & HR documentation
Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
2-3 years experience
handling full set of accounts
Strong knowledge of SST, e-Invoicing & HR practices
Proficient in
AutoCount Accounting Software
Good command of Microsoft Excel & reporting tools
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy & confidentiality
Able to speak and read Chinese (MUST) is preferred
(to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients/suppliers)
