Position Title Account Executive

\xe3\x83\xbb To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of
financial report and other related schedules.
\xe3\x83\xbb To carry out financial and variance analysis, accounts / statements
reconciliations, and resolve issues arising from these exercises.
\xe3\x83\xbb Ensure all related company\'s necessary invoices are correctly updated
\xe3\x83\xbb To prepare cheque / payment voucher
\xe3\x83\xbb Liaise and preparing data or report to auditors, bankers, tax agent and
government authorities on needs basis.
\xe3\x83\xbb To assist in any other task as and when required by management
\xe3\x83\xbb Entry trade creditor invoice in SAP System.
\xe3\x83\xbb Understanding of QMS/EMS system at MME, and the importance of compiling to
QMS/EMS requirement.
\xe3\x83\xbbLiase with authority such as Royal Custom for license renewal that related to
business
\xe3\x83\xbbDealing with company headquarters at Singapore such as shipping and others

Salary 2500~3500 (RM)
Location Malacca
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Preferably Diploma, Degree or any equivalent qualification in any related field or LCCI Level 3 and above
\xe2\x9c\x93Preferably knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standard.
\xe2\x9c\x93Preferably 3-5 years\' experience in medium size company, at least 2-3 years\' experience for Diploma & certificate, Degree fresh graduate may apply
\xe2\x9c\x93Good Team player, good interpersonal & communication skills.
\xe2\x9c\x93Computer Literate (Ms Office, Excel, Word)
\xe2\x9c\x93Prefer experience SAP
\xe2\x9c\x93Language: English & BM
\xe2\x9c\x93Own transport
