Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties

Handle general office administration such as filing, data entry, documentation, and scheduling. Maintain and organize financial records and administrative files. Manage communication with internal departments and external vendors.

Accounting Duties

Assist with accounts payable and receivable: invoice processing, payment vouchers, receipts. Perform bank reconciliations and update daily cash flow records. Support monthly and year-end closing processes. Assist in preparing financial reports, tax filings, and audit documents. Maintain petty cash and monitor office expenses. Use accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount, or QuickBooks) to input transactions and generate reports. Maintain and organize financial records and administrative files. Manage communication with internal departments and external vendors.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
