• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma of Account Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
• Job Types: Full-time
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required this position.
• Advantages if have experience in construction, consultant and firm.
• Computer literate in accounting software and MS Office application.
• Candidate possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
• Candidate are result oriented, and organized, can prioritize effectively and multi-task to deliver results

Tanggungjawab

• In-charge of full set of account, monthly management accounts and assist in any other accounting related works
• Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standards.
• Assist and responsible for all aspect of daily operations including AR, AP and GL related transactions
• Processing invoices and expenses forms from suppliers.
• Verifying documentation and preparing payments.
• Key-in payment (payment vouchers) to supplier and ensuring payment are accurately recorded in accounting system.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Receipts, issuance of official receipts, follow up with customers on debts collection.
• Dealing with telephone calls, e-mails, letters and verbal requests to/from the managers, ensuring they are followed up and responded to within deadlines.
• Ensure accounting records are updated and reconciled accurately and proper filing system.
• Consolidate and prepare management accounts and analyze management reports in a timely manner.
• Maintaining and protecting operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Acting as the key person in liaison with audit/tax for the entities.
