Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in relevant field. Fresh graduates with relevant accounting internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Computer literacy knowledge (Ms Excel, MS Word, SQL & AutoCount system).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good working attitude, team player and willingness to learn / work hard.

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts and general ledger.
• Manage all cash needs for all of the companies, coordinating banking transfers.
• Implement better procedures and help the department to become cross trained in daily duties.
• Prepare and compile data for income and balance sheet statements, consolidate statements, and various other accounting statements and reports for business.
• Able to maintain, review and verifies the accuracy of account reconciliations, journal entries and accounting classification.
• Able to advise on financial documents and projections.
• Performs tasks in accordance with statutory regulations and corporate accounting standards/policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bank, insurance and other statutory authorities on internal and external audit matters and tax/SST tax requirement compliance.
• Possess knowledge & experience in preparing financial budgets forecast and cash flow management.
• Manage payroll and submit payments from company accounts.
• Undertake any ad-hoc task/project of the Company assigned by superior.
