Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Handling full set accountsAssist with data entry, invoice processing, and filing of financial documents
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and track expenses
• Prepare payment vouchers and assist with petty cash management
• Maintain and organize accounting records and files
• Provide general administrative support (filing, document preparation, phone/email handling)
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers regarding invoices and payments
• Assist in other ad hoc accounting and admin tasks as assignedResponsibilityAccounting Duties:1. Financial Record Keeping:
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting software.
