As an

Account Executive

in the

Accounts Department

, you will be responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining up-to-date records in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set daily accounting functions including data entry, journal entries, and bank transactions. Assist in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. Prepare quotation, D/O , payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records. Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and audits. Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments on accounting matters. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Accountant.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 1-2 years or more of relevant working experience in accounting or bookkeeping. (age above 40 is welcome to apply) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Good understanding of basic accounting principles and standards. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
