DMC Fincap Sdn Bhd is seeking a meticulous and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports (management accounts, audited accounts and other statutory financial reports) , and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Handle and prepare full set of accounts (management account), including AP, AR, and GL.

Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.

Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Liaise with external auditors (inclusive assist to draft audited account), tax agents, and company secretary.

Monitor company's monthly expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning of the Company.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian Accounting Standards, Tax, and other Statutory requirements (e.g., SST, LHDN).

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., UBS, SQL, AutoCount).

Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and taxation.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
