Job Description

s: Responsible in processing payment relating to vendor/customer and other expenses To ensure all payment vouchers, purchase orders and invoices are prepared correctly within time given. To submit payment vouchers, purchase orders and invoices to superior for verification. To maintain proper accounting records and filing system Perform checking to ensure all the accounting transaction vouchers are supported with proper documents. To carry out bank reconciliation, to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences. To ensure the accounting and petty cash transactions are properly recorded and monitored. Monitor bank balance, cash flow position to ensure sufficient funds to meet payment deadlines Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior. Job Requirements: Candidate possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy with 1 year of working experience Proficient in written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must Good interpersonal and communication skills, have ability to work with people from all levels A team player and multitask person, can give commitment to work Preferred with valid driving license Company Benefit: Company contribution of EPF, SOCSO, EIS Leave Benefit Medical Benefit Mobile Phone with Postpaid Sim Card Company Cars (For Company related matters) Fuel Card / Touch and Go Card (For Company related matters)
