Account Executive

Job Description
Responsibility:
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Able to review purchases item, update stock list & Car account
- Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
- Prepare cash book, contra reconciliation and consolidation accounts.
- Assist in company\xe2\x80\x99s fixed asset listing
- Liaise with supplier (SOA & Invoice) , spare part and etc.
- Maintain proper record and organisation of filing system.
- Oversee car loan disbursement
- To prepare, analyse and report financial results.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
- Preferable Chinese speaking candidate.
- Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accountaing Clerk.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Punctual, committed, hardworking, organized & focus type of person
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Must full vaccinated, and wear masks when needed Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (Required)
- Chinese (Required)
- Car License (Preferred)
