At least a recognized Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or its equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years related working experience in the Property and Construction Industry relating to accounting.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients/ vendors.
Experience in Auditing and Taxation Services will be an added advantage.

To perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts accurately and submit in timely manner.
To assist the manager in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting financial activities
To assists superior as when required.
To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
To liaise with internal and external parties in relation to accounting, audit, and tax-related matters.
