• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full set accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of SST, corporate tax, and local financial regulations.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills to liaise with vendors, auditors, and team members.

Responsibilities1. Full Set Accounting & Financial Management

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and management reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and submit SST, corporate tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.

4. Payroll & HR Support (if applicable)

• Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, and PCB submissions.
• Maintain staff expense claims and other related HR financial matters.

5. Financial Process Improvement

• Implement and improve internal accounting controls and procedures.
• Optimize accounting software and automation for efficiency.
