- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full set accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of SST, corporate tax, and local financial regulations.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills to liaise with vendors, auditors, and team members.
- Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and management reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Prepare and submit SST, corporate tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, and PCB submissions.
- Maintain staff expense claims and other related HR financial matters.
- Implement and improve internal accounting controls and procedures.
- Optimize accounting software and automation for efficiency.
