Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling full set of accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to handle full set of account independently, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting. Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards. Manage Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Bank Reconciliation. Oversee and monitor project costing, budgeting, and variance analysis to support project or company profitability. Responsible for Monthly closing activities and submission of financial reports to management. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including taxation, audit, and regulatory reporting. Maintain, review, and improve proper documentation, accounting policies, and internal control procedures. Liaise with auditor, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties when required. Perform any ad hoc assignments as required by management.
Qualifications:

Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or any relevant field in Account or Finance. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance is required, preferably in construction industry or project costing environment. Strong knowledge of full set accounts, taxation, audit, and financial reporting. Computer literate and proficient in Accounting Software, Autocount and Microsoft Office. Meticulous, analytical, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Good communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Must Proficiency in Chinese language is preferred.
