Job Description

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Assist auditors during yearly audit exercises, provide required documents, and address queries.

2. Bank & Cash Management

-Monitor and perform monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts.

Track daily cash flow, petty cash, and banking transactions.

Ensure timely payments and proper recording of all bank-related entries.

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Verify supplier invoices and process vendor payments.

Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.

Prepare Credit Notes (CN), Debit Notes (DN), and ensure accurate postings.

4. General Ledger & Journal Entries

Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.

Prepare journal entries for accruals, adjustments, and month-end closing.

Reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly.

5. Tax & Statutory Matters

Assist in the preparation and submission of SST, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory requirements.

Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and relevant authorities when necessary.

6. Internal Control & Monitoring

Monitor daily transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry.

Implement and maintain proper filing and documentation systems.

Identify discrepancies and highlight irregularities for management review.

7. Support to Management

Provide financial analysis and reports for management decision-making.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

Support ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
