Account Executive / Accountant
Location:
IOI Boulevard, PuchongWorking Days:
5 days per weekJob Responsibilities
Handle
general accounting functions
, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing. Preparemonthly financial statements
, management reports, and supporting schedulesaccurately and on time
. Ensure all financial recordscomply with Malaysian accounting standards
and relevant tax regulations. Assist intax-related matters
such as SST submissions and corporate income tax preparation. Liaise withexternal auditors, tax agents, and government authorities
when required. Maintainproper documentation and filing
of all accounting records. Assist inbudgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
. Support theFinance Manager
in financial analysis, audit preparation, and ad-hoc reporting.Requirements
Diploma or Degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years
of relevant working experience in accounting (experience in Malaysian companies preferred). Sound knowledge ofMalaysian accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory compliance
. Proficient inaccounting software
(e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills inEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia
;Mandarin proficiency
will be an added advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
