Job Description


Position: Account Executive Job Summary : The main purpose of this role is responsible for full sets of accounting function at timely manner to ensure company cash flow remain healthy. &Responsibilities : \xc2\xb7 Perform daily accounts transaction, such as Bank Acceptance due date listing, petty cash and reconciliation. \xc2\xb7 Assist in yearly financial audit. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accounting database by processing data recovery, system upgrade and backup. \xc2\xb7 Ensure processing of payment in timely basis as per credit term. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all recurring payments to be posted into system time and payments made are up-to-date. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and manage proper filing of accounting document. \xc2\xb7 Arrange payment for installment (i.e. hire purchase, rental, and etc). \xc2\xb7 Arrange cash withdrawal and deposit of cheque, email or fax bank in slip to relevant parties. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with auditor and tax agent. \xc2\xb7 Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
