- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and accounts.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting information.
- Respond to inquiries related to accounts, payments, and billing.
- Support the senior accountants in various administrative tasks.
- Annual Leave.
