Job Description
Responsibilities:
Issuance of invoices/Credit Notes/Debit Notes and update customer collections
Check and key in vendor invoices, ensure all payments are support with relevant documents
Key in Purchase Order
Assist in monitoring of collections
Assist in customer account setup and verification
Perform administrative duties as and when needed
Actively support Marketing Team on social media platform
To take on other responsibilities as and when assigned by manager
