Key Responsibilities:
Handle a full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
Manage internal company transactions, accruals, and fixed asset records.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and relevant authorities.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Review and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Provide financial insights and ad-hoc reporting to support management decisions.
Requirement
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (LCCI qualification is an advantage).
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in full set of accounts.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
