We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the full set of accounts in our Selayang office. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
Monitor and manage cash flow, including the preparation of cash flow statements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in full set accounts.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
