If you also fulfill the following requirements, you are exactly the one we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years working experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree / Accounting Professional Papers/ ACCA / or equivalent, preferably with CGPA above 3.0.
  • Superb advantage if you have experience in using Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) system.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Responsibilities

Job summary: Responsible to handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial data entry and general book keeping.
  • Maintain, prepare & monitor aging receivable & payable reports as well as follow-up for payment.
  • Assist in monitoring company cash flows, cash flow projection, bank reconciliation, bank facilities and etc.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met.
  • Matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
  • Ensure undertaking with company SOP and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labelled and kept for future references.
  • Assist Account Manager and team members in any financial-related and accounting administrative matters.
