Job Description


Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Overseeing the accounting transactions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform day to day accounts payable, accounts receivable in timely manner.
Preparing Fixed Assets schedule, bank reconciliation and other lists, if deemed as
necessary.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing Aging Report for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
\xef\x82\xb7 Key in entries via Journal Voucher, supplier documents and payment vouchers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring cash flow on daily basis.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monthly stock taking & inventory checking.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing management reports.
\xef\x82\xb7 Liaising with auditor and Government Officers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Others task assigns by management.
Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 Diploma in Account, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
\xef\x82\xb7 2 to 3 years of working experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to handle full set of accounting.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong Ms Office application skills
