Job Description

Check all cheques received from sales agents or customer and arrange bank in on timely
manner.

Update daily incoming transaction, ie: Cheques, cash and incoming T/T.
Prepare and reconciliation debtors' monthly statement.
Prepare Non Trade Credit Notes/Debit Notes/Non Trade Invoices.
Update stock adjustment into accounting system.
Update supplier POs/GRN/Invoices into accounting system.
Doing daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
Assist in audit and tax preparation.
Any other jobs as directed by the Accountant and Group Financial Controller.
The candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or a professional
Accounting qualification.

Minimum 1 to 3 years of accounting and finance experience
Good technical knowledge of accounting principles
Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software (SQL)
Strong time management skills
Excellent analytical skills
Good communication skills
Proven working experience in accounting or in a relevant field.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
