Job Description


Job Responsibility Able to assist full set account. Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial data. Creating periodic reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc. Maintain proper record and organization of filing system. Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks. Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template. Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Provide support for all accounting including account payable, receivable and general ledger. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Have at least 2 years of experience in the field is required. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Basic understanding of overall finance functions. Computer literate and detail oriented. Ability to meet tight deadlines and is result driven. Possess initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision. Aggressive and committed to work. Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work. Job Benifits Attractive remuneration basic salary to the right candidate.
