Responsible for full set of accounts, GST and taxation for the company
Responsible for daily accounting transactions processing
Projection plan on a monthly basis
P&L on monthly basis
Prepare management program and audit
Prepare creditors payment & reconciliation
General administrative support inclusive of insurance and licenses
Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, company secretaries, government and other authorities.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors
To process monthly payroll & overtime claim
Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
Compile and sort invoices and checks.
Issue checks for accounts payable
Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system
Record charges and refunds
Support accounting personnel
Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports and other records
Provide front desk customer service
File and tally deposits
Match invoices to market list, delivery order and purchase order
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by executive appointed to you at any time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance
Minimum 3 years in similar role, with experience in F&B is an added advantage
Familiar in SQL
Able to multi-task and work independently
Good command of English and Malay

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
