Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
To perform daily accounting operations, handling full set of accounts includes GL, AP, AR and FA.
To assist Asist Accounts Manager in monthly closing, journal adjustment, and closing report.
Prepare payment voucher & online banking payment, monitor cash flow and bank reconciliation.
Prepare aging and customers statements.
To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support allaccounting entries.
Liaise with auditor, company secretary, tax agent and banks.
Any ad-hoc task requested by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experiences in handling full set accounting.
Prefer candidate that can start work immediately.
Experienced in using SQL accounting system will be added advantage.
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Able to handle work pressure, work with full confidentiality, trust and integrity.
