Job Description

1. Responsible for supporting the Finance/Accounting operations in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, month-end / year-end closing processes. 2. Handle full set of accounts and ensure that the management accounts are closed in a timely manner. 3. Ensure undertaking with company SOP and accounting policies and procedures. 4. Resolve any different find in records, statements, or documented transactions. 5. Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. 6. Processing reconciliations and send weekly/monthly reconciliation reports - Assist in consolidation financial preparation. 7. Year end Audit reporting. 8. Work with external Tax Reporting Firm on regulatory tax reporting. Handling of Tax matters, indirect taxes, corporate taxes and tax reconciliation. Have consolidation account. 9. Any ad-hoc task assigned by immediate superior
