  • Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is preferrable.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) working in accounting or finance roles.
  • Able to handle and close full set financial statements / specialized in Account Receivables (AR) function.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The Account Executive will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance activities.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Prepare financial statements and relevant reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Perform or assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
  • To participate in developing and implementing internal controls and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • To assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and updating financial statements.
  • To process accounts payable and receivable. To process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring that payments are made on time, and accurately recorded in the accounting system.
  • To assist in monitoring and controlling expenses by reviewing expense reports, verifying receipts, and reconciling expenses with budgets.
  • To reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • To assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies by maintaining documentation, supporting audit processes, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
