This is a full-time Account Executive role located on-site in Petaling Jaya. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role will involve developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
General clerical and accounting duties.
Prepare bank in slips report for bank statement reconciliation.
Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper documents filing, e.g. invoices, sales orders and supplier invoices.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Undertake ad-hoc assignment.
Keep track of staff claims, office/ project expenditures and project P&L
Formal Training or Education/ Certification/ License
Familiar with Autocountcloud accounting software
Good understanding on E-Invoicing
Must possess a Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
