  • Manage the financial operations of the Language Centre.
  • Maintain afull set of accounts and excel in Excel, Google Drive, and Google Workspace.
  • A master of debit/credit principles and journal entry with cloud accounting software.
Your Additional Skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Xero and Power BI, or the ability to self-learn.
  • Expertly execute month-end variance reporting and provide clear explanations.
  • Demonstrate logical thinking and composure under pressure.
  • Persuasive power to get the information you need on time.
  • Prioritize tasks, ensuring high efficiency.
  • Keep organized and ready to address management inquiries promptly.
  • Experience in cash flow forecasting and FP&A is a bonus.
  • Impeccable attention to detail in journal entries and debit/credit operations.
Your Employment Details
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
  • Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus

  • Schedule: Fixed shift. 5 days workweek; 4 weekdays (10 a.m to 7 p.m) & 1 weekend (9 a.m to 6 p.m).
Your Experience Requirements
  • Required: 1 year of managing a complete set of accounts.
  • Required: 1 year with solid or perfect debit and credit operations.
  • Required: 1 year with robust or perfect journal entry skills.
  • Preferred: 1 year with Xero.
