3-5 years of sales and account management experience in e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer (buying and selling) needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs
Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that will enable you to earn trust at all levels
Experience using analytical, marketing, and productivity tools including Salesforce or other RM tools, and Microsoft office suite.
Responsibilities
Help recruit sellers who deliver competitive selection, pricing and product availability to customers.
Develop recruitment strategy by analyzing the data and defining value proposition for selling on Amazon.
Review and monitor performance of Amazon's sellers in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business, including strategizing their promotional plans.
Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
Understand and utilize RM tools to track all pertinent account information and status of prospective sellers as well as respond to business forecasts.
Meet or exceed operational metrics for managed accounts.
Feedback to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
Create and articulate compelling value propositions around Amazon Seller Services to sellers.
Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings and international market segments.
Support key internal stakeholders in driving change, removing roadblocks and increasing participation by sellers with respect to the Amazon Business
