LOOKING FOR CHINESE CANDIDATES

Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or related field, Professional certification (e.g., LCCI, ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Ability to manage several accounts at once

- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for all branches

- Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.

- Assist in handling and monitor accounts, including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations, month-end closing & statutory reporting.

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.

- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

- Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, and forecasts to support business planning.

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.

- Collaborate with the operations team to monitor financial performance and suggest areas for improvement.

- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Liaise with bankers, auditors, trainers, owners

- Process payroll, including salary disbursement and statutory deductions.

- Willingness and ability to travel for certain bank

- Familiar with Million System

- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
