Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughs We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) sales team in our Kuala Lumpur office. Honeywell Building Solutions, a part of HBT (Honeywell Building Technologies) is a premium solution provider of building technologies for top-notch buildings across the world. These technologies include Access Control, Video Surveillance, HVAC, Energy Management, Control and Monitoring Software, Fire Safety, Public Address, Perimeter Protection, Airside Systems and Intrusion Detection, among others. HBS offers end-to-end lifecycle services directly to customers \' from design and project management to after-market service and product upgrades. This requires the person to have a strategic B2B solutions sales approach, with a full of sales strategy. The right individual should be a sales all-rounder, technically sound and has project selling experience with a strong industry network (end users, developers, etc.) Key Responsibilities: Promote products and solutions through channel partners by pursuing customer leads, promoting products, concluding orders, and serving as a point of contact during all phases of the sales cycle. Sales activities to meet targets and growth in orders, through customer and channel partners engagements. Provide forecast/demand input to Salesforce platform. Build relationships and understand customer business and target industries in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. Interact with key Business, Sales, and Marketing Leaders to ensure there is alignment between the business and sales needs. Foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations to develop customer relationships. Define sales and growth execution strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives and opportunity pipeline generation to achieve AOP targets. Provide competitive intelligence and market trends to develop HBS solutions breakthrough & growth initiatives. YOU MUST HAVE Minimum 8 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Bachelors in Engineering preferred, major in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical. Project selling track record, HVAC and ELV technical knowledge solutions, strong end-user & consultant network within the building solutions or Smart Buildings industry. WE VALUE Knowledgeable in HVAC, CCTV or Cloud AI. Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field. Excellent communication skills. Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization. Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment. Successful sales track record.
