About this role

This is a highly teamwork-based role, you will be a part of the new merchant acquisition team, working closely with the Sales & Onboarding teams to drive the clientele growth at the forefront of the business.

As Account Manager, you will play an essential part of the team and set the foundational step towards a successful journey for our restaurants, focus on driving and optimising their performance in the first 90 days with us.

What you will do:

  • Onboard new merchants on our platform with delivery and/or dine-in products, optimise their shopping carts and backend settings to ensure that they go live with the highest impact and conversion
  • Activate merchants by linking their social media and website to the channels established on our platform to drive traffics
  • Establish close relationships with merchants to gain an insightful understanding of their business, identify their unique qualities and challenges to develop GMV growth strategies
  • Manage and gain insights of merchants\xe2\x80\x99 performance, identify gaps or opportunities, optimise their Oddle Shop to grow their sales in their first 90 days
  • Provide excellent restaurant support throughout the onboarding process
  • Work closely with the marketing team to set up seasonal menus for festive / seasonal / tactical campaigns to drive restaurants\' sales
  • Identify potential merchants to upsell/ cross-sell other products to increase merchants\xe2\x80\x99 chance for success
Who we\'re looking for:
  • 3-4 years experience in customer success/account management or other client relationship management roles
  • Building rapport and relationships with clients is your forte, you\'re able to connect with people naturally and genuinely
  • You\'re able to effectively communicate to a wide range of stakeholders, both verbally and written
  • You have a sound analytical skill, comfortable making data-driven decisions and recommendations
  • You possess strong business acumen, able to think critically and creatively on how to help others grow their business
  • You\'re highly organised with great attention to detail and management skill
  • You are tech-savvy and able to maneuver various technical systems
  • You take pride in your work and are able to produce high-standard deliverables within a short turnaround time
  • You possess a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and a desire to go above and beyond in your responsibilities
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment
