Open Position: Account Manager (Software Company)A software company is currently hiring Account Manager to join them in their Selangor office.Key responsibilities include:
- At least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce or equivalent.
- Resolve client complaints, address their concerns and maintain a positive relationship between the parties.
- Responsible for cooperating with the sales team to integrate and onboard new customers and strengthen current client relationships.
- To monitor market conditions and offer price and market strategy.
- Minimum of 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in related field.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
