Account Manager/digital Performance Executive (digital Marketing Agency)

Job Description

: Plan, execute & manage various digital advertising campaigns such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media marketing campaign (e.g. FB, IG, LinkedIn, Line) and Programmatic campaign. You will also handle other digital campaigns/ related area such as SEO, media line-up, campaign tracking etc. You will be working independently and as a team to serve clients of different scales. Job Duties:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, display advertising, programmatic advertising, native advertising, and other channels.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams to produce online marketing materials such as banners, landing pages, and email templates.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide outstanding service.
  • Handle client inquiries about existing campaigns through phone, email, and meetings.
Requirement:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and operating paid advertising platforms.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Advertising, Media, or a related subject is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Google Analytics.
  • Good organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about digital marketing, including social media, search engine marketing, programmatic advertising, native advertising, and web publishing markets.
  • Experience and understanding of performance marketing and web analytic metrics are preferred.
