Account Payables Assistant / Clerk

Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/Pre-U.
  • Fresh graduate will be provided with training.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well as a team.
  • Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Tidy filling for hardcopy of AP documents e.g invoice, DO & statement of account accurately and timely.
  • Basic understanding of expense lines when entering the information in accounting system.
  • Matching, checking D.O. ,GRN & Statement of account to invoice accurately and timely and revert supplier or your superior if there are any queries.
  • To obtain missing DO / DO with wrong info or missing company stamp from supplier.
  • To help handle company investment properties issue e.g. utilities, upkeep & repair, maintenance fee.
  • Undertake and perform other duties which may be assigned to you be your superior.
  • Build good relationships with colleagues.
