Daily Payment Offset and Reconciliation

Offset Payment Details from Salesmen:

Collect and validate payment details submitted by sales representatives. Match payments accurately to corresponding customer invoices. Update the accounting system with offset payments on a daily basis.

Bank Reconciliation

Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accuracy. Record all transactions, including salesmen deposits and customer payments. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or unreconciled items promptly.

E-commerce Payment Reconciliation

Reconcile payments received from e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee). Verify platform reports for commission, refund, and fee deductions. Ensure timely and accurate recording of all e-commerce transactions. Collaborate with the e-commerce department to resolve variances.
Monthly report: AR aging & monthly report.

Daily Tasks

Collect and record payment details from salesmen in the accounting system. Reconcile daily bank transactions, including deposits and payments. Issue credit notes for rebates, discounts, or customer adjustments as required.Collect and offset payment details from salesmen in the accounting system. Address payment or reconciliation discrepancies and ensure proper resolution.
Requirement:-

Degree or Diploma in accounting/finance or any experience in related field. Be able to work at

Subang Jaya

AR experience is an advantage. Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills. Familiarity with credit note & e-commerce payment systems. Proficient in accounting software (SAP) & Excel.

Speak and understand Mandarin

fluently (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
