Open Position: Account Sales Manager (Reputable IT Solutions Provider Company)
A Reputable IT Solutions Provider Company is hiring for Account Sales Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experience working as Account Manager with a good understanding of IT technologies including Data Centre, Network, Security and etc
- Manage expectations and set timelines with the customers on the issues raised as well as enhancement requests
- Lead the discussion of the sales renewal process and continuous build good relationships with the customers, gather inputs and feedback on the usage of the IT products
- Communicate client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and business objectives to the Project Manager and Product Development team
- Proactive, motivated and willing to absorb new concepts/ideas to solve issues
- Good communication and presentation skills
