Who are we looking for? \xc2\xb7 Candidate\xe2\x80\x99s Language Proficiency must possess language skills at the CEFR C2 mastery level and be a native speaker in the primary language. \xc2\xb7 Candidates that serve a multi-lingual channel must at least possess a CEFR C2 proficiency in the primary language in which Services are provided and English language skills at the CEFR \xc2\xb7 C1 level mastery for all languages in which Services are provided. \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field \xc2\xb7 Previous customer facing experience is critical (eg.
