Achieve and exceed revenue and gross margin targets for the assigned region.
Implement commercial processes to effectively manage sales forecasts and prospect pipelines.
Maintain clear an effective communication with commercial teams and management.
Develop commercial strategies to position Biomonitoring products successfully within the microbiological testing market.
Build and strengthen key customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the region.
Identify and foster partnerships with key customers to maximize opportunities, including implementing key customer agreements.
Lead negotiations for major contracts.
Monitor sales performance metrics, including pricing, revenue, and gross margin, ensuring optimal outcomes through solution selling and effective product positioning.
Collaborate with operations and customers to address supply chain issues and minimize potential disruptions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, or Biotechnology.
1-3 years of experience in the life sciences or microbiology industry.
Preferred experience in managing food testing or industrial microbiology.
Familiarity with sales management tools such as Salesforce and related processes.
Knowledge of competitor analysis, product positioning, pricing strategies, and other sales tactics.
Proven expertise in Sales Excellence processes, including solution selling, key account agreements, and pricing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and execute effectively.
