• Candidate should possess at least Diploma, Degree or Professional Certificate or equivalent.
• At least two (2) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Team player who is also able to work well independently under a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Requisite Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word, able to work well in a team, responsible, well-mannered, excellent time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skill, well organised and positive working attitude
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts and relevant schedules/listing; including daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company\'s policies, accounting standards, payroll and related statutory and tax requirements.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, annual closing and internal reporting.
• Able to handle SST Submission
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Experience in doing P&L , Balance Sheet & Management account
• Control cash flow
• Ensure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting system
• Have basic knowledge of corporate tax will be an added advantage
• Maintain proper filling and keep statutory financial records
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments
