Job Description

a) Responsible for preparing shipment documents including delivery order, invoice, custom clearance documents & etc

b) Responsible to arrange shipment and postage with forwarding or courier service agent.

c) Responsible to monitoring incoming order status and balances.

d) Responsible to prepare monthly closing stock data.

e) Prepare payment for monthly expenses, creditors and etc.

f) Responsible to prepare, monitoring and key in data for job costing

g) Responsible for general filing and typing.

h) Take phone calls and direct message promptly to the concerned personnel.

i) Responsible to control the document related to their jobs scope.

j) To undertake any other tasks or duties assigned by superior or management from time to time to suit to the company need and market demand.
