Accounts Receivable - Custodian of AR GL and ageing for Singapore and Hong Kong - Custodian of AP GL for Singapore and Hong Kong -Custodian of interco transactions (trade and non-trade) -Support in providing documents and attending to audit queries Ensure completeness of invoice being issued to customer and collection is received within credit term Responsible for balance sheet reconciliation schedules pertaining to AR Preparer of weekly cashflow Accounts Payable Ensure that all vendor invoices especially pass through cost are recorded accurately and tagged to correct campaign, class, GL code and location. Ensure completeness of accruals at month end closing Recorder of credit card transactions for Sg and HK. Ensuring that credit card transactions are business related and supported. Responsible for balance sheet reconciliation schedules pertaining to AP Reconcile AP balances against creditor\'s statement of account Reviewer of staff claims for Sg and HK Interco Participate in designing and rolling out interco reconciliation for Asia entities (Php, Msia, Sg, HK) Compliance What you\'ll get in return from us: Aside from a great remuneration package and all the flexibility you need to operate at your best, we want to see you thrive and grow with us.
